Replacement beaver bridge in Biberbrugg with 1000 tons crane

17 m long and 240 tons heavy bridge moved with LR 11000

Numerous onlookers followed the work of replacing the 60-year-old beaver bridge in Biberbrugg from September 30 to October 2. Toneatti AG, together with subcontractors such as EMIL EGGER, carried out the long-planned work. After dismantling the old bridge, the new one, 17 m long and weighing 240 tons, was then set with millimeter precision.
