With our powerful truck-mounted cranes (20 to 100 mt lifting capacity), we can transport your goods and also ensure their independent and professional loading or unloading. Thanks to the right equipment and our well-trained truckers, we also place the transported goods at the desired position with great accuracy, if desired.

Goods of all shapes, sizes and dimensions find their place in our warehouses based in St. Gallen, Bassersdorf, Härkingen, Avenches, Fribourg, Crissier, St. Margrethen and S. Antonino. Our warehouses are characterized by column-free halls with large crane systems (capacity up to 60 tons) and high floor loading capacities. Possibilities of direct ramp delivery facilitate storage. The modern high-shelf warehouses offer numerous pallet storage spaces. All warehouses are heated and dry, so that even sensitive goods can be stored.
The warehouse management system allows EMIL EGGER to offer customers the highest level of quality and transparency. This allows us to maintain a perfect overview of inventory levels, goods recieved and issued to our customers. In addition to that, the flexibility of the ETE warehouse infrastructure gives customers the greatest possible leeway and saves costs. Our customers only ever pay for the storage space they actually need. Based on demand, they can store their goods on short, medium or long term. With our services, we create free space for our customers and free up their resources so that they can concentrate on their core business.
As a full-service provider, we take care of everything from warehousing, picking and packing to shipping and any returns on request. We ship the goods and consider the collection from our customers’ suppliers as part of the warehouse logistics. We also take care of international transportation of goods including customs clearance.
TRANSPORTING GENERAL CARGO EFFICIENTLY AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY USING URBAN LOGISTICS
We take care of the regional logistics of your freight in the city of St. Gallen or in the region of Eastern Switzerland. We also pick up goods and place them in our terminal for collection.
If the need for it is urgent, we also offer extra trips to the entire region, provide temporary storage if required or take over the entire transport on request.
The EMIL EGGER pilot project to reduce trucking trips in St. Gallen’s city center is now well established. With the help of the Ruckstuhl Transport AG, macro hubs were set up in the east and west of the city. There take place the collection of general cargo from other transport companies in exchange for a fee per pallet handled as well as the loading of the goods onto the company’s own trucks. The goods are then bundled so that as much as possible can be transported to the city center at once. This allows for a corresponding reduction in empty runs, which have a negative impact on air quality, climate, urban road network use.
