As a full-service provider, we take care of everything from warehousing, picking and packing to shipping and any returns on request. We ship the goods and consider the collection from our customers' suppliers as part of the warehouse logistics. We also take care of international transportation of goods including customs clearance.

WE MAKE YOUR LOGISTICS

The warehouse management system allows EMIL EGGER to offer customers the highest level of quality and transparency. This allows us to maintain a perfect overview of inventory levels, goods recieved and issued to our customers. In addition to that, the flexibility of the ETE warehouse infrastructure gives customers the greatest possible leeway and saves costs. Our customers only ever pay for the storage space they actually need. Based on demand, they can store their goods on short, medium or long term. With our services, we create free space for our customers and free up their resources so that they can concentrate on their core business.

GOODS INPUT

We receive the deliveries of goods for our customers, take over the control of the delivery with regard to quantity, type of articles and the appropriate quality as well as the booking of the goods into our system. We then place the goods receipt in the appropriate storage location for further processing.

STORAGE

After receipt, the goods are booked in the system and stored in the appropriate storage location. Different types of warehouses such as area, block and high-bay warehouses can be booked with us. Customers only ever pay for the space they are currently occupying. Our warehouse software helps us manage goods efficiently and reduce costs for our customers. Minimum stocks, shelf life, etc. can be stored and we guarantee in cooperation the best possible solution for your logistics.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are imported into our system and subsequently processed by us in a timely manner. With the help of a picking list, the goods are booked out of the system by scanner. Depending on the product, we also prepare the goods for shipment by means of professional packaging. The appropriate shipping documents are created at the same time. Upon request, we also take care of shipping or transport of goods by means of our fleet of vehicles.

RETOUR MANAGEMENT

For whatever reason – returns can happen. Either the goods come directly to our warehouse or to another desired address. What we do with the returned goods is defined in advance with our customers.
