EMIL EGGER lifts 56-tonne girders with millimeter precision

450 tons of lifting power from EMIL EGGER for precise assembly work at the Seedammcenter

Our team was able to accompany a demanding precision lift on the Seedammcenter project in Pfäffikon SZ: A 56-tonne girder was positioned together with other concrete elements with millimetre precision. A 450-tonne pneumatic crane from EMIL EGGER was used for this work, which lifted the heavy components safely and in a controlled manner to their intended position.
Projekt SAW-3

Such assignments require careful planning, precise coordination between all those involved and a well-coordinated team on site. Thanks to the powerful crane technology and the experience of our employees, the individual elements could be precisely assembled step by step and integrated into the existing structure.

To minimize disruption to operations at the Seedammcenter, the installation work was mainly carried out in the evenings, at night and at weekends. This scheduling meant that the work could be carried out efficiently, while regular center operations continued to run smoothly for visitors.

A big thank you goes to the SAW Group for the many years of professional and trusting cooperation on numerous joint construction sites. Such partnerships are an important basis for the successful implementation of complex projects.
