Swiss 1000 t crawler crane lifts bridge sections in the greater Stuttgart area

Successful dismantling of the Great Pflugfelder Bridge in Kornwestheim, built in 1917

At the beginning of May, we were involved in the dismantling of the "Great Pflugfelder Bridge" in Kornwestheim. The truss bridge dates back to 1917 and crosses the tracks of an important shunting and transhipment yard in the greater Stuttgart area.

With our 1000 t crawler crane, we lifted out a total of three parts weighing up to 235 t.
After the short stay in Germany, the next construction sites on Swiss soil were already on the agenda.
We would like to thank our project partners for the order and the goal-oriented cooperation.
